1. Overview

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bl00dina.com. Because our store offers different types of products, including print-on-demand apparel, fine art prints, original artworks, and custom commissions, fulfillment locations, processing times, and shipping methods vary by item category.

When purchasing multiple different items in a single order, your products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

2. Processing and Shipping Times by Category

A. T-Shirts & Apparel (Print-on-Demand via Printify)

  • Production Time: 2 to 7 business days before dispatch.

  • Shipping Destinations: Worldwide.

  • Estimated Shipping Times:

    • Domestic (USA / EU local fulfillment): 3 to 6 business days.

    • International: 10 to 30 business days (depending on destination and local post protocols).

  • Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed to you automatically as soon as Printify dispatches your parcel.

B. Fine Art Prints (Fulfilled via INPRNT)

  • Production Time: 1 to 4 business days.

  • Shipping Destinations: Worldwide.

  • Estimated Shipping Times:

    • North America & Europe: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

    • Rest of the World: 7 to 20 business days.

  • Packaging & Tracking: Prints are rolled in protective tubes or shipped flat in rigid mailers depending on size. Tracking details will be emailed upon shipment.

C. Original Artworks (Hand-Shipped by the Artist)

Original paintings, drawings, and one-of-a-kind physical artworks are carefully packaged and dispatched directly from our studio.

  • Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days (to ensure safe custom packaging and protective wrapping).

  • Shipping Carriers: Shipped via tracked and insured courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, La Poste / Colissimo).

  • Estimated Delivery:

    • Domestic / Europe: 3 to 7 business days.

    • International: 7 to 14 business days.

  • Signature Requirements: High-value original artworks may require a signature upon delivery for insurance purposes.

D. Custom Art Commissions

Shipping arrangements and timelines for custom commissions are discussed and finalized individually upon completion of the artwork.

3. Shipping Rates & Calculations

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and fulfillment origin of the items in your cart. You will be able to review the total shipping cost before finalizing your order.

4. International Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside our fulfillment locations or your country of residence:

  • Import Fees: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including local VAT), and custom clearance fees levied by your destination country.

  • Responsibility: All additional customs charges and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.

5. Order Tracking & Status

Once your order (or part of your order) has shipped, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing a tracking number and link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier’s system.

6. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Parcels

  • Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

  • Reshipping Fees: If a package is returned to us or our printing partners due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a local post office, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages in Transit

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it remains missing, contact us within 14 days.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of both the exterior packaging and the damaged contents immediately and contact us at contact@bl00dina.com (refer to our Refund & Return Policy for category-specific instructions).
